Precision Rifle Course - Sept 14

Precision Rifle - 1 day (8 hour) course covering proper fundamentals for precision engagements. This foundational class will provide the shooter with the necessary skills for effectively engaging a wide range of targets out to 600 yards.

Rifles will be available for use in this course for an added fee.

It will include thorough discussion and coverage of the following topics:

• Components/Equipment
• Fundamentals of Precision Marksmanship
• Zeroing
• Ranging Targets
• Weapon Manipulation
• Proactive Loading
• External Ballistics
• Atmospheric Conditions/Wind Reading
• Situational Shooting Positions
• Skills Evaluation to 600 yards

Required/Recommended equipment:

• Bolt Action Rifle or Semi-Automatic Precision Rifle (1 MOA capable)
• Semi-Auto AT LEAST 2 rifle magazines
• Bolt Action Rifle - 120rds match grade precision ammunition
• Semi-Auto – 200rds match grade precision ammunition

The class will run from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
